If you were to design a school from scratch, using what we know about education, kids, and the world today, what would that school look like? Acton Academy was started in 2009 in Austin, TX and due to its popularity has grown to 33 locations worldwide including ours in Ann Arbor. The Clayton Christensen Institute, founded by the Harvard Business School professor who coined the term disruptive innovation, featured Acton Academy as one of the best blended schools in America.
